Pouring out our soul, letting them know what challenges we had to recently meet, asking and giving some advice…Just having people we trust and can comprehend our pressure at work as they are the only ones who are actually experiencing the same obstacles in the working environment. Having a shoulder you can lie on any time in the workplace is a priceless privilege.
