Yes, I know you have been working your a** off and guess what the time has come to throw away your winter comfort clothes and unpack your lovely bathing suits…



I am sure you have seen those insta bikini models, flaunting their bodies on camera. Now if you want to achieve YOUR desired summer body, follow along!


So, what you need to do beginning from tomorrow is get that workout equipment out and start snacking on veggies and fruits! So get ready to tone your body, loose some of that extra winter weight all while staying healthy together with us!


First step... WORKOUTS.


Here are the top 5 exercises we swear by!



1. BENCH PRESS



So you want to master the bench press? This is your chance. The bench is something you can find if you walk in any gym in the world. Yes you do not have to stare it or stare at the others using it, you can just stand underneath the bar, lift the weights and work out three muscles group together: chest, front shoulders and triceps. If you are a newbie you have to focus on building up your strength gradually and then adding some more weight.



2. CHEST DIPS




This is one of the most effective exercises in targeting the chest. It requires great stabilisation (so no drinking the previous night!!) so as to activate as many chest muscles as possible. Remember to always keep your shoulders in the right place and not lock your elbows on top. In this way you can build stronger, bigger and stronger triceps and improve your overall upper body image. As it works for a large group of muscles do not forget to include this compound bodyweight exercise in your list.



3. PUSH-UPS




This might be the perfect exercise not only to workout out your upper body but also your core strength. If you do it right you can work out your chest, shoulders, triceps, abs and back. If you have just begun working out and you haven't been melting in the gym all year, make sure you begin with the easier versions and work your way to top. There are many modifications of this exercise and I am pretty sure you will find one to love.



4. THE SQUAT




Not just an exercise but THE exercise. The squat is the king or queen you might see of compound lifting movements and you can pretty much work out each and every muscle of your lower body part and especially your glutes (we know that this backside part of yours is the one you are interested in making it like a juicy peach). How much weight you will lift depends on your exercise level and current strength level but as a beginner you must definitely start low and gradually increase until you beat your own self.



5. HIP THRUSTS




Ok here we are, please give a little credit for the ONE exercise that can give you J-Lo's butt by the time you show up on the beach. Yes, it is called hip thrusting and is the perfect glutes exercise and very popular in female fitness salons! You can try it simply by lying on the floor and back bending your legs together with lifting your glutes or you can perform it sitting on the bench together with lifting some weight on your hips if you wish for immediate results.


For more enhanced workouts and faster results never forget to use your resistance bands and ankle weights!!






And now that you have mastered these 5 best exercises and I am sure you are looking yourself in the mirror to see the results make sure you remember that you cannot have Jessica Alba's killer legs and Beyonce's butt from the very first time you just decided to work out so make sure you repeat the program at least 3 times a week each month!!
