The IDEAL morning routine.

So, you must eventually start your day whether you have to go to the office, to the supermarket or take the kids to the kindergarten! I am pretty sure that you are not that kind of morning person (like me!), you are probably closer to a night owl so here is some advice for your morning routine that will help you make it through the day and will enhance you not only physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And especially if you are having one of ¨those¨ days crafting some morning rituals that will ¨set¨ you up for the day is a prerequisite. If you think you are alone in that, think again, Oprah meditates in the morning, Jennifer Aniston gets up at 4.30am, Jessica Alba works out every single day and Kate Hudson makes an ice bath for her face!


After all you must stay healthy, increase your productivity, and reduce your stress levels so that you do not need any Botox anytime soon…So hurry up and adopt all these habits definitely before you turn 40.


IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE: the basics


Yes, they are indeed so boring especially because they are the same each and every day but make sure you complete these tasks before moving on to something wilder!

  • Wake up early

  • Make your bed

  • Brush your teeth

  • Drink a cup of coffee

  • Open the curtains

  • Water your plants


IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE: fitness


Yes, I know this might be heard as a cliché but there is nothing better to boost your energy than a nice morning exercise and get your heart rate beating up faster. Even if you are not this type of person, I still have some ideas for you my lazy friend:

  • Make your bed (it will probably help you lose 30calories😊)

  • Stretching. You will find it extremely beneficial since you are probably spending most of your day in front of a computer. Make sure to tighten up especially your rams and your back

  • Look for what you will wear at the office (if you are like me will be probably looking for more than an hour so yes you will manage to lose some more calories)

  • Move around the house

  • Meditate. It can for sure help you to confront an upcoming difficult day

  • Go for a run or a walk



IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE: skin and hair


A morning skin care routine is nothing you can neglect or negotiate for not doing it especially if you have been drinking, you are a** the previous night and you woke up with black circles under your eyes. You can first start by washing your face and use a cleanser with natural ingredients (you have more toxins than you think) and continue with a nourishing toner to stay dehydrated during the whole day. But if your Uber is downstairs waiting for you and before you close the door behind you, please spare a little bit of your time for your poor hair, either clean, dirty, or somewhere between apply a moisturising mask and pull them back into a nice ponytail!

IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE: mindfulness


Good morning Sunshine! So, you will probably live for once again the Groundhog Day and do the same little things you love or hate doing every day so a little self-consciousness about the fact you are a very busy person and when you go to bed in the night everything that you have to do the next day comes up in your mind, won’t hurt. It is the now the time for you to arrange your thoughts and begin your day by making a to do list! This will help you create a plan for your day or at least act like you have one. You can begin from what is most important for you to start with and of course end your day around 20.00 with a nice evening cocktail with your friends. Start small, set up easy goals and always think short run to succeed!



IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE: stay healthy


Everyone points out that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure you avoid eggs with bacon or pancakes with merenda (otherwise you will not be able to fit in your swimsuit). But what exactly does a balanced breakfast look like? Mmmmm lets stick to something healthier for this time like some milk or yogurt with homemade granola along with a powerful strawberry banana smoothie that will definitely boost you up. Even if you are not hungry enough do not skip it, drink an orange juice ang grab a humble toast before you live for the office.


Please do not I repeat do not forget your favorite coffee, according to some research I have recently read adding a cup of tee to your breakfast can save you from some chronic diseases (for you actually, for me it can only save my soul from not cursing once I step into my office).


And now that you have taken some notes on how to arrange your perfect morning routine let us make sure you apply them as well. Read the list a couple of times and engage with what you have to do , try to stay positive that you will actually do it and begin from the next morning so that you do not spend your day scrambling and stressed.


And if nothing of the above fits you still I have something to propose….It usually works for me!

Simply get out of bed open the door and scream out loud!!! Tell the world about your fears, dreams, failures, wishes …


Embrace your Karma AS THE DAY STARTS and this noisy voice towards the universe will come back to you!
